Shipping & Returns

GROUND SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES:

Ground/Regular Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on destination state.

Handling time varies from 1-7 business days, depending on product availability. (If it is going to take longer than 1 week to ship your order, you will be notified by either email and/or by phone.

(Weekends and Holidays are not included in the delivery time.)

The appropriate shipping charges will be added to all orders in which ground shipping is not available.

All completed order transactions, under normal circumstances will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays will be processed on the next open for business day.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION:

UPS does not guarantee any shipping method to arrive before Christmas if they are shipped after December 12th. There will be no refunds on late deliveries. Please plan accordingly.

WHERE DO WE SHIP:

We offer delivery of products to any physical address within the United States. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or overseas. Please keep in mind that Alaska and Hawaii do have higher rates. If you have any questions regarding shipping rates please contact us via email at customerservice@thegiftedbee.com and put Attn Customer Service on the subject line. A representative will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.

 

MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS:

Because The Gifted Bee uses a number of trusted drop shippers, any two items could ship from any one of their locations. Because of this matter multiple product orders carry shipping charges for each individual item. Regardless of if the items are going to the same location. Although this is more costly, it is the best way for us to ensure that your order will arrive without damage.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS:

PLEASE NOTE: Adjustments in the cost of shipping will be manually reduced if we find more than (1) item in your order is coming from the same warehouse.

At times, we may need to substitute items within a gift basket order because an item is no longer available. If this happens you will be notified ONLY in the event that you typed NO SUBS at the time the order was placed. We will always substitute of equal or greater value, without compromising the integrity of our business relationship.

 

RE-DELIVERY CHARGE:

The Gifted Bee currently ships within the Continental United States, via UPS, unless otherwise specified. Shipping time varies, depending upon the UPS shipping schedule. Please provide complete addresses, including street, apartment or suite number, city, state and zip code. Whenever possible, please include a telephone number for both yourself and the location to where the package is being shipped to. Complete addresses and telephone will help to avoid a re-delivery charge. Re-delivery charge is an additional $20.00. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes UPS.

 

Claims for in-transit damages must be filed according to the individual carriers rules. Should your order be damaged while being shipped, please be sure to retain all packaging in order to process your claim. 

 

GUARANTEES, RETURNS & REFUNDS:

The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us at  The Gifted Bee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will happily, replace the item, issue a store credit or issue a refund, upon receipt of the returned original product. Please contact us via email at customerservice@thegiftedbee.com and put Attn Returns Dept on the subject line. Your request must be received within 48 hours of receipt for you to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Only authorized returns will be accepted. Unauthorized returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, DISCOVER and AMEX (American Express) via Paypal.

Checks should be made payable to,The Gifted Bee and mailed to P.O. Box 7964 Pompano Beach, FL 33066. Please include your order# when using this method of payment.

 

PHONE ORDERS:

Phone orders are NOT being taken at this time unless in the event of an emergency or a change in your order. Should you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us immediately at 1.888.732.0441. A representative will return your call as quickly as possible.

If you have a question or concern and it isn't addressed in our FAQ section, please use our Contact Us form and put RUSH on the subject line. You will receive a response as quickly as possible. Otherwise, for telephonic communications you will be billed an additional $5. This is standard practice for most companies and your gift will be put on hold until FULL payment is received. It is not necessary to phone in your method of payment because we use PayPal which is a secure and familiar shopping cart. Your information is secure, encrypted and will not be compromised.
