All products ordered from TheGiftedBee.com are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.
If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, it will be replaced or refunded.
Due to health concerns, perishables, food products and bath & body may not be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged.
Claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. Once a valid claim is established we may offer a refund or replacment.
Please contact our customer service department immediately to place a claim. We must be contacted by 2 business days after receipt of gift for claims to be honored. Any claims placed after that time will not be honored. IMPORTANT - All packages must be complete with gift as it was received - in its original and unopened condition. Gifts that are open and items missing cannot be refunded. |
