The Gifted Bee is dedicated to offering quality products and customer service and encourage you to contact us if you should ever have a question or concern about your order. All emails will be answered as soon as possible.

Where do you ship? TOP

We offer delivery of products to any physical address within the United States. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hospitals or overseas. Please keep in mind that Alaska and Hawaii do have higher rates. If you have any questions regarding shipping rates please contact us via email at customerservice@thegiftedbee.com and put Attn Customer Service on the subject line. A representative will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.

Where are you located? TOP

Our company is headquartered in Florida. However, we have distribution centers all across the country.

How will my gift basket look when it arrives? TOP

The gift photos shown online are accurate depictions of what your gift basket will look like when your recipient opens his/her package. Most of our gifts are wrapped in a cellophane bag or shrink wrap and finished with a bow. Each gift basket also includes your personal message. The gift will arrive in a large shipping box packed with bubble-wrap and/or blank newsprint.

* Please keep in mind that due to demand, it may be necessary for us to occasionally substitute items of equal or greater value than those shown online. We always try to use an item with a similar theme or genre. No refunds will be issued for an item that we had to replace. During the warm summer months, substitutions will be made for meltable chocolates.

Do we offer substitutions in our gift baskets? TOP

At times, we may need to substitute items within a gift basket order because an item is no longer available. If this happens you will be notified ONLY in the event that you typed NO SUBS at the time the order was placed. We will always substitute of equal or greater value, without compromising the integrity of our business relationship.

What if I receive something that I am not satisfied with? TOP

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our products. If you are unhappy with an item please email our customer service department. Be sure to include your original order number, name, telephone number, the best time to reach you if necessary and a detailed explanation of the problem. Problems must be reported to us within 48 hours of order receipt in order for the guarantee to be valid. One of our customer service representatives will contact you within one business day. We will work with you to rectify the situation.

  • If your order arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the gift cost. All packing should be kept in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package.
  • If there is a problem with an individual component, we will send you a replacement for that component or issue a refund for that component.
  • If your guaranteed air shipment arrives late due to an error with our shipping carrier (UPS or FedEX), you will be credited for 100% of the air shipping charges. Note - refunds will not be given for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather delays, recipient unavailable, etc.).
  • Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Please check your address carefully. Additionally, incorrect addresses can delay your package and also result in a possible address correction charge of $20. In addition, your order will be placed on hold until full payment is received.
  • Items containing food, perishables, personalized gift items and fresh-baked cookie bouquets cannot be returned. Refunds will not be issued for perishable packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Can I send a card enclosure or message with my gift? TOP

Yes! We do include a greeting card message with every gift. You simply enter the message you would like to be sent with the gift on our order form and we will send that message with your order.

What happens if my order gets lost or damaged in transit? TOP

We will place a claim with the courier. Once the claim has been completed and not before, a refund or reshipment will be offered. Claims typically take 3-5 days to process with the shipping couriers. (Shipments going via USPS do not offer claim service.)

All damage claims must be filed in writing via email, sent to customerservice@thegiftedbee.com ATTN: Claims Dept within 48 hours of the gift being received. NO exceptions. We will not honor damage claims several weeks old under any circumstances.

Do we offer shipping discounts if I order more than one item? TOP

In some cases, adjustments in the cost of shipping will be manually changed and/or refunded in the event we find more than (1) item in your order is coming from the same warehouse.

If this is the case, send us an e-mail via our Contact Us form with the gift name, item number, quantity you plan to order and the zip code of the recipient. One of our customer service representatives will provide you a custom shipping quote.

Will my credit card information be protected? TOP

Yes! Protecting your personal information is very important to us. To help insure your sensitive information is protected we use PayPal - the latest in security technology.

Do we have a catalog of our products? TOP

Unfortunately, we do not have a printed catalog available. Since our products are constantly changing, it is impractical to keep a catalog up to date with our sales and promotions. However, you may view our online catalog for faster updates.

How do I find out the status of my order? TOP

You will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail normally within one business day of your package shipping that will contain a tracking link. You can also go to our Order Status page to obtain your tracking number and link to the carrier's website so that you can see exactly where your package is during transit.

Can I cancel an order? TOP

If your order has not already been shipped, personalized or baked (fresh-baked cookie gifts), we can cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer service department immediately. If your order has already been shipped out for delivery, we will be unable to cancel it and refunds will NOT be issued.

What methods of payment are accepted? TOP

We accept a variety of credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa via PayPal.We also accept payment by Virtual Gift Card. Please read the following information regarding our Virtual Gift Cards.

About Our Virtual Gift Card

The Gifted Bee Gift Cards / Gift Certificates do not expire, have no fees and are redeemable at thegiftedbee.com. Simply enter your Gift Card number at checkout. Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be applied as payment on any account or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If you lose your Gift Card number, we can email the Gift Card number to you (the sender) with satisfactory proof of purchase. To verify the remaining balance, contact us at thegiftedbee.com and put ATTN: GIFT CARDS on the subject line.

Purchasing with a Virtual Gift Card

For Gift Card use online, please proceed through Checkout and enter your Gift Card number in the voucher section. You can use a credit card via PayPal in addition to your Gift Card, if needed, to complete your order.

Gift Card Shipping Information

Virtual Gift Cards are emailed to the recipient free of charge, and usually arrive within hours after purchase.

When will my credit card be charged? TOP

Since we use PayPal, a real-time credit card processing system, we will obtain an authorization on your credit card to obligate funds at the time your order is placed.

How do I submit my request for a refund? TOP

Requests for refund must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of order. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number which will be provided to you by The Gifted Bee. Unauthorized returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Do you offer same day delivery? TOP

Please view specific item for delivery schedule. Normally we do not hand-deliver our gifts so the earliest that your recipient could possibly receive their gift is the following business day (if air shipping is available for that gift and if you utilize the overnight air shipping option before the daily cutoff time for the item). Please view specific item details for delivery schedule. If nothing is mentioned then it is safe to say the item will be delivered within 3 -5 business days. We are not a wire service or a franchise and will not refer you to other gift shops or cookie companies because we cannot ensure the quality of the service and products you will receive.

Peak hours and store closures details

Do you deliver on Weekends or Holidays? TOP

No. We cannot deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

What carriers do you use? TOP

At our discretion, we ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

When will my recipient receive their gift? TOP

Each of our products is stocked and shipped from any one of our distribution centers. Shipments and deliveries can only be made on business days (non-holidays Monday-Friday).

Please Note: During our peak December holiday season, there may be up to a one week processing time on some gift items. Please order early.

What will happen if I give a incorrect shipping address for my recipient? TOP

PLEASE be certain of your address before ordering! We pass along the FedEx or UPS fee of $20 for the correction, which will appear on your credit card statement as a separate charge. Unfortunately, the gift will probably not get to the destination in time for the important occasion if you supply an incorrect address when ordering. Make sure that you include apartment or suite numbers if applicable - the carriers will charge a $20 fee for a missing apt/suite number as well.

If a gift is returned to us because of an address problem, we will reship the gift to you or a corrected recipient address. You will be charged for the additional shipping fees. If a gift cannot be delivered and is returned to us, it may also be subject to a return shipping and/or restocking fee of 25%.

Please Note that we cannot give refunds on perishable items that are returned.
